I hold a Master's degree in Counselor Education and Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. Additionally, I have a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. My certifications include preschool, youth, adult and military trauma, sex therapy, sexual addictive behaviors, play therapy, telehealth, school/guidance counseling, Mental Health First Aid/crisis counseling, CBT for Anxiety, CBT, and 200-hour yoga and meditation certifications. I integrate evidence-based and holistic practices to address therapeutic goals with my clients.
