What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide teletherapy via Chaite Counseling & Consulting, a New York behavioral mental health private practice. I prioritize creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment. Utilizing my broad knowledge base, keen analytical skills, life-inspired wisdom, and compassionate heart, I help clients cultivate greater insight, self-awareness, and positive change within their lives. Through active listening and collaborative goal setting, clients identify their strengths, values, and goals. Throughout the therapeutic journey, progress is assessed and interventions modified to ensure continued alignment with each client's evolving needs and objectives. The depth and breadth of my experience and training allows me to creatively integrate a variety of interventions, including amongst others, acceptance commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, internal family systems, psychoanalysis, neurolinguistic programming, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness.
