Wendy Landrian, LCSW

Psychotherapist
PA
Hi, I'm Wendy. Do you find yourself wondering how dating, relationships, and intimacy got so complicated? I help smart, successful people confront the REAL barriers to love, connection, and emotional fulfillment. Together, we'll explore the challenges that have gotten in the way of you having the relationships you deserve. I use an eclectic approach that starts with coaching and coping skills and reaches into the deeper issues that cause fear, loneliness, and frustration. My work combines interpersonal effectiveness, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral methodologies with insight-driven approaches such as relational therapy and trauma-focused perspectives as needed. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach. I use humor, optimism, compassion, and honesty to ease the awkwardness of therapy and guide people to embrace their worth, freeing them to find what they seek in others.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Our first session is an opportunity for us to build rapport, for you to ask questions, and for me to get a firm understanding of your goals. We will create a treatment plan complete with milestones you would like to reach while in therapy. After our first few sessions, we will re-evaluate what is working or not working to ensure we are exploring the best strategies and that you are making progress.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
