Getting to know Wendy Meyer

I believe that with support and guidance, peace and clarity can come to all of us. I work with individuals to heal from traumatic experiences and find balance within themselves. During our time together, my goal is for you to feel heard and to be seen. I work from a strength-based perspective and I believe a nonjudgmental space for healing is important. Treatment is individualized, collaborative and focused on personal growth. I offer compassion and insight to you on your journey. I have experience working with children, teens, families, adults, and those involved with the judicial system. My education includes a Master's degree in counseling and I am nationally board certified in clinical mental health. I am trained in EMDR and Seeking Safety; I am also domestic violence certified to work with offenders and survivors of DV. I hold a master's in special education as well. After booking, Tava Health will text and email you a link to complete registration and join your video therapy session. After you complete registration, you’ll be able to log in to Tava to join your session, book additional sessions, and message your therapist. Appointments are for talk therapy over video. This therapist can not provide medication prescriptions, emotional support animal (ESA) letters, or immigration psychological evaluations.
