What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a holistic approach to therapy, treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. My practice is trauma-informed, and I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other therapeutic approaches to help my clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Together, we explore new ways of thinking that empower them to grow and take control of their lives. I believe therapy can be a fun and supportive environment—a safe space where you can be yourself, whether you need to cry, laugh, or grow. It can be incredibly beneficial.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first two sessions, we'll complete a thorough intake evaluation and work together to create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. Based on your symptoms a diagnosis will be assigned. Therapy can be short-term or long-term—it all depends on your personal goals and what you’re looking for.
