Hi, I’m Whitney, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing therapeutic support to individuals across the lifespan. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Health Services and Administration from the University of Central Florida and my Master’s degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. I am passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful, lasting change in a safe, supportive, and compassionate therapeutic environment. My clinical experience includes specializing in grief and bereavement, trauma-informed care, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I work with individuals impacted by PTSD, childhood trauma, and domestic violence, and I have a particular focus on women’s issues, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, divorce, and infidelity. I work with clients ages 13 through 65+, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and life experiences. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, emphasizing empowerment, self-awareness, and skill development.
