Hello, I'm Whitney. I provide client-focused therapy because I believe you know yourself better than anyone, and sometimes we just need a little bit of help. With a Master's degree and as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have been working with adults on basic emotional skills such as stress and anger management, to more complex issues like building self-esteem, growing beyond trauma, and processing grief. I also specialize in helping couples grow closer and improve their relationships by enhancing communication and mediating issues. In our sessions, I enjoy helping clients correct common thinking errors such as labeling, catastrophizing, and mind reading. My goal is for all of my clients to leave therapy with increased well-being and an improved outlook on life. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or navigating family and intimate relationships, I'm here to support you.
