Tengo 15 años de experiencia en el campo de la salud mental trabajando con estrés, depresión, ansiedad, cambios de vida, duelo, manejo de coraje, baja autoestima y poca motivación. I'm a licensed mental health counselor in the State of Florida with 15 years of professional work experience. I also have a doctorate's degree in Clinical Psychology from my country of origin. I speak Spanish and English.
I have vast experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Clients will increase their self-awareness through a self-exploration process. Although this process might sometimes get difficult, frustrating and bumpy I will be there extending my help and support. In turn, this journey will help you understand your own thoughts, feelings and behavior patterns that keep you stuck or undermine your wellbeing. It will also empower yourself with new ways of perceiving and approaching difficult situations, learn about your triggers, and build resilience to create the best version of yourself.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
