With a Master's in Counseling from South Dakota State University and over 20 years as a therapist in multiple settings, I have helped individuals, couples, and families find healing and understanding in desperate situations. I use a variety of approaches to ensure your needs and wishes are met. Through all of this, my goal is to use the tools I have acquired to assist you in becoming a happier, healthier self. Life is too short to be consumed by negative thoughts or relationships. You are too important to let bad relationships, grudges, trauma, anxiety, or depression stop you from living. I want to help you free yourself from emotional pain and help you deal with life on life's terms to find meaning and purpose in all areas of your life.
