Getting to know William Franklin-Cromwell

I work with people across the lifespan to meet them where they are. I believe people are the experts on themselves but may need help navigating what is inside so they can see their own self-worth and potential. In helping people work through their traumatic experiences, we take a new approach where the person does not have to tell their story again and relive their experiences. Instead, we look at how the mind and brain react and recognize how to build resiliency to achieve an optimal level of happiness, calm, and freedom from being controlled by emotional responses. I also work side by side with people to help identify and resolve the causes of depression and anxiety, along with teaching skills to manage struggling moments. I hold a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from Ferris State University. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my dogs and husband, watching movies, gardening, photography, bike rides, and spending time outdoors next to a recreational fire.
