Getting to know William Moran-Berberena

You are taking the first step in a hopeful journey of self-discovery and growth. I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you as you explore new ways of understanding yourself, living more fully, and connecting more deeply with others. I will help you gently untangle these inner knots, giving language to what has been difficult to hold or share, and opening the door to greater clarity, relief, and meaningful change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I use cognitive-behavioral therapy as my therapeutic frame. CBT is based on the belief that thoughts, rather than people or events, cause our negative feelings. I will help you in identifying, testing the reality of, and correcting dysfunctional beliefs underlying their thinking. This process can help you modify those thoughts and the behaviors that flow from them.
