“First session: William was early & awaiting my log in, as I had a 5-7 minute delay. He advised he logs in on time & gives clients a grace period in case there's any issues. I think this is very considerate & says a lot about his care for clients. He has a welcoming and inviting demeanor. I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts & he listened attentively. He restated my thoughts in a way I could understand the pros/ cons & devise a strategy to set/accomplish goals. William was knowledgeable, relatable, & provided relevant information to get the wheels in my brain turning. I'll be sure to give feedback as more sessions happen.”
