What should a new client know about working with you?

In addition, along the way we will practice guided meditation and visualization with progressive muscle relaxation as a means to facilitate improved focus and mindfulness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session we will take some time to get to know each other, establish the focus of our sessions and goal setting as well as cognitive behavioral means for treatment.
