What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is to provide a safe and trusting environment where individuals feel supported and heard. I work towards understanding my clients' reality to help them grow and achieve attainable goals. I draw upon various aspects of solution-focused, family systems, and cognitive-behavioral therapies in support of my clients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We first will perform a 15–20-minute mental health consultation through Zocdoc to determine fit within the practice. From there we will send you forms so we can set up an intake evaluation and ongoing sessions. We do not provide medication management. **Please allow me 24-48 hours to respond when scheduling a consultation. Emailing or texting is preferred method of communication**

The only therapist I've been consistent with. He's helpful, pays attention, responds right away, helps you work on things and gives you questions to think about. Tried couples therapy and individually with him, awesome
