Hello! My name is Willow Arlenea and I have been helping people connect with their true self for over 25 years. I received my BFA in fine arts from Boise State University and my MA in Transpersonal Psychotherapy and Counseling from Naropa University. I have many therapeutic tools; including a mindfulness; body-centered therapy; authentic relating; and sub-personality work. In addition; I am trained in trauma resolution methods. In addition to psychotherapy; I have explored the spiritual dimensions of life. I work with the chakras and energy body; and have explored shamanic journeying and psychic reading.
