My approach My approach to therapy is client-centered at its core, which is why I truly believe in creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and valued. It's important to me that clients feel safe to express themselves freely, so they can work toward achieving their full potential and lead lives that feel fulfilling and meaningful. I understand that each client has unique needs and experiences, which is why I enjoy integrating different approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a strengths-based approach, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based practices to meet those needs. When clients are struggling with relationship challenges, I often bring in an Interpersonal approach, and if there's a need to dive deeper into what's beneath the surface, I incorporate a Psychodynamic approach. I’ve found that combining these approaches really helps me and the clients develop a shared understanding of their reality, and it allows us to work together toward meaningful therapeutic goals.
