I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, creating a space for authentic exploration and growth. I draw from TF-CBT, DBT, ACT, and attachment-based approaches to help clients deepen insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward lasting healing.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
To get to know me better, I love spending time in nature—especially near the water—and enjoys biking, hiking, walking my dog Babka, decorating my space, journaling, painting, dancing, and cozy days in with friends, music, and Mario Kart.
