What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in helping individuals navigate intergenerational trauma and complex family dynamics. My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy by integrating Bowen Family Systems Theory and EMDR to tackle distress at its roots. While Bowen Theory helps us map out and break recurring family patterns, EMDR works with your nervous system to process stored trauma. Together, we move beyond just "talking" about problems to achieving deep, physiological relief and lasting relational change. My approach is gentle and steady, offering space for old wounds to soften, new patterns to emerge, and your voice to come forward with clarity.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, you will find a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share your story at your own pace. We will start by discussing what brought you to therapy and any immediate challenges you're facing. My goal is to listen deeply and understand your unique cultural and personal background during the first session. You can expect a collaborative environment where we begin building a roadmap toward your healing and stability.
