Wing Wah Wong, LMHC

Psychotherapist
NY
As a licensed mental health counselor and a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), my passion is walking alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. My path to counseling was unconventional—after years in high-pressure fields like investment banking, I found my true calling in helping others. This unique background allows me to bring both empathy and practical insight to the challenges you’re facing. I specialize in supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, OCD, relational struggles, perfectionism, stress, acculturation, as well as neurodivergent children (ASD and ADHD) and their families. Two heads are better than one—you don’t have to face challenges alone. Together, we’ll bring insight, strength, and clarity to your journey. A fulfilling part of my work is seeing hope shine in my clients’ eyes and joy in their smiles as they grow. I’d love to help you experience that same hope and transformation.
