With 18 years of counseling experience, I have extensive expertise providing individual, couple, family, and group counseling services. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida, Georgia, and New York. I earned my PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Thomas University. I also hold an undergraduate degree in Business and have worked in Corporate America for over eight years. This background gives me a deep understanding of the challenges women face in achieving their personal and professional goals while striving for work-life balance. I specialize in working with professional women, couples, and families who desire to live their best life now! As a systems thinker, I take an integrative approach to treatment, with Solution-Focused Brief Therapy as the foundational model I utilize.
I love reading and listening to inspirational music. My family and I enjoy spending quality time together, going to the beach, watching movies, and traveling. I also love having fun and meeting new people!
