What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to be fully yourself. In our work together, I focus on helping you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building practical tools you can use in your daily life. I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, while also tailoring each session to your unique needs and pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or life transitions, we’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with the life you want. You don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is collaborative, structured, and tailored to your unique needs. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, what’s bringing you in, your history, and what you hope to gain from therapy. This is also a space for you to ask questions and make sure it feels like a good fit. From there, we’ll work together to identify clear goals and begin exploring patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help you build insight and develop practical tools you can use in your daily life. Sessions are a balance of processing and skill-building. We may work on things like managing anxiety, improving emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, or increasing self-awareness. I also offer gentle feedback and guidance to help you move toward meaningful, lasting change. Throughout the process, I check in regularly to make sure therapy is aligned with your goals and evolving needs. My priority is that you feel supported, understood, and empowered every step of the way.
