What should a new client know about working with you?
Yajaira Escobedo has 15 years of working in the mental health field. She specializes in trauma and anxiety disorder and uses a holistic approach using both traditional and nontraditional treatments to help the individual as a whole. Our mental health is multifaceted and if any of the parts the mind, body, or spirit are experiencing a disruption then the ripple effect will lead to overall wellness deficits.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Yajaira is a nationally certified IEMT practitioner and uses this approach to help reduce and intense negative emotions in a short period, giving the individual a chance to understand and address issues in life in a calm state. Yajaira not only operates from the macro approach of addressing cognition, emotion, and behavior, but also assesses trends in diet and afflicted energy centers. she integrates her scientific practice with her knowledge as reiki practitioner and crystal healer practitioner, specializes in bringing balance to the whole body, mind, and soul.
