What should a new client know about working with you?

I currently have over 10,000 hours of direct counseling experience. I graduated with a Master's degree in Counseling from Southern Methodist University, and I am also a Ph.D. student in the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Texas Woman's University.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, addition, life crisis, multi-cultural family issues, martial conflict, trauma related issues. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back.
