Psychotherapist

I bring over 20 years of experience working with the perinatal population as an educator, doula, and lactation consultant. My journey has led me to refocus my supportive talents onto the mental health challenges faced by adults. After earning my Master of Social Work (MSW), I trained with Postpartum Support International (PSI) and obtained my certificate in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). I am dedicated to meeting clients where they are and collaboratively developing both long- and short-term goals for emotional wellness. I strive to create a non-judgmental environment that fosters open and trusting therapeutic relationships, allowing clients to explore their needs and find creative approaches to achieve their goals. My inspiration for pursuing therapy came from my experiences as a doula and lactation consultant, where I noticed a significant lack of support during the perinatal period. Recognizing a need for greater awareness of therapy as a resource, I am committed to providing the support I believe is essential for those navigating these challenges. I also speak Hebrew, which enriches my ability to connect with a diverse clientele. Outside of my professional life, I have a rich tapestry of interests and experiences. In my teenage years, I loved heavy metal music, and my first concert was Metallica. Nowadays I enjoy Zumba dancing, attending concerts and movies, taking walks with my husband and dogs, and cheri
