Hello, I’m excited you found me. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in the great state of Texas, with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Lindenwood University. I bring many years of education and counseling experience in different settings, including individual sessions, homeless shelters, church settings, and community outreach. Are you currently struggling with anxiety (which is often masked as stress), trauma, or even identity issues? Are you trying to navigate these areas of your life alone because you feel no one truly understands what you are going through? You have been trying to navigate these areas in your life the best that you know how. However, you are growing tired and desire to try something different. I have worked with many who have felt the same as you. I hear you, and I do understand. I would be honored to walk alongside you while you are on your healing journey to becoming a better you. If you have ever wondered if therapy was for you, I’d say yes—therapy is for you if you find yourself struggling to make decisions, don’t know whether you are coming or going, feel unsure about who you are currently, or are struggling to find peace.

What should a new client know about working with you?

"I hope to help you engage and enhance your capacity for introspection, reflection, and self-awareness to better understand and navigate your past, present, and future allowing you to feel empowered and hopeful in spite of trauma, anxiety, loss, and hardships. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the biggest indicators of change, which is why I strive to create a safe space in which you can feel seen as well as heard. I place great importance on understanding and meeting you where you are in the therapeutic process. I will work with you to recognize and identify the constraints that might be hindering you from setting and reaching your goals. I will work with you to empower you to reconstruct or recreate new narratives that bring about understanding, healing, meaning, and a stronger sense of self. I look forward to talking with you. "

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
