I provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services for adults (18+) experiencing a variety of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges, including: - Anxiety and depression - Trauma and stress-related concerns - Relationship and marital difficulties - Life transitions and personal growth - Emotional regulation -Obsessive and repetitive behaviors, including Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) such as hair pulling (trichotillomania) and skin picking (excoriation disorder) - Behavioral concerns requiring evidence-based interventions My counseling style is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. I believe each person possesses the capacity for growth and healing, even during life's most difficult seasons. Together, we will work to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies that support lasting change and emotional well-being. At Chrysalis Mental Health, I believe meaningful transformation happens through connection, self-discovery, and intentional growth.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
