What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a holistic approach, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other creative interventions like exercise and art. I support clients through stress, life transitions, grief, family issues, low self-esteem, and more. Nonetheless, my goal is to tailor your therapeutic treatment to your unique self.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will consist of exploring your initial reasons for seeking psychotherapeutic services. Exploring your history, current life stressors, and your goals which will dictate our therapeutic sessions moving forward.
