I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. I have clinical experience helping individuals learn positive coping skills and strategies to improve their mental and emotional well-being. I work with my clients to identify self-care activities and positive coping mechanisms, while also helping them understand their strengths and weaknesses. Together, we develop and implement skills that support setting boundaries, problem-solving, and goal-setting. These skills ultimately empower my clients to navigate relationships and situations that contribute to their stress. My overall goal is to help my clients overcome the stressors in their lives and achieve greater well-being.
