I’m a bilingual clinical therapist with over two years of experience providing individual therapy for issues ranging from anxiety, anger and stress management, depression, communication problems, trauma, and life transitions. Through empathy and support, I am here to help you navigate the challenges you are facing. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Dominguez Hills. I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist currently working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide Evidence Base Practice (EBP) treatment approach: Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Strength-Based ,Trauma Focused and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral (TF-CBT).

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My counseling style is open and collaborative. I meet my clients where they are at, and I spend time creating and provide a safe space to help guide clients through the therapeutic process. The duration of therapy sessions is unique to each client.
