Hello, my name is Yesenia Segovia, LCSW, based in California. I have been working in the field for 8 years. I support individuals experiencing stressors related to school-to-work transitions, work challenges, balancing life, parenting, and family issues, helping them move toward a more positive state of mind. These areas of life can feel overwhelming, as if you are drowning. I am here to offer support and relief. Through our sessions, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and learn how to care for your well-being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me, will be going into those challenging terrains together, you will not be alone. We will dig into the challenges together, sit with difficult themes, process and reflect, to identify strategies to help manage the difficulties you are experiencing. Also, helpful homework to practice and no, it will not be any math or long essays.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
