What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer an integrative therapeutic approach which allows me to pull from various evidence based modalities to build something that is completely individual to you and your experience. My areas of focus include a combination of strengths based, solution focused, insight oriented therapies, CBT, and REBT. My practice is grounded in respect, empathy and cultural competence. Together, we will move toward your goals with the support you need to connect to your strengths.

I offer remote sessions at this time to individuals and couples. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression and Life Transitions.
