I support adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and major life transitions, bringing a calm and grounding presence to each session. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to create a process that’s both structured and flexible. Guided by empathy and cultural humility, I help clients build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change.
