I am a therapist with a Master's in Social Work from Touro College and University System. I have experience working with many areas of mental and emotional health, including anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and everyday challenges. I work with clients of all ages.

What should a new client know about working with you?

PLEASE NOTE: -I am not a prescriber and cannot provide prescriptions for medication. -Unless you are physically in the state of NY or MD, I cannot see you via telehealth. I specialize in Internal Family Systems and work with adults, children, and couples. I have a particular focus on helping men struggling with confidence and assertiveness. As a frum therapist (i.e. orthodox Jewish) I'm most familiar with that particular lifestyle, while it has provided me with the cultural sensitivity to understand other cultures as well.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My practice is completely virtual at this point in time, allowing you to receive therapy in the privacy and comfort of your own home. The method that I use the most, Internal Family Systems, is "experiential" and "mindful"- this means that I don't just listen to you, I help you listen to yourself. In your first session you can expect some questions about yourself and the challenges you're facing, a listening ear, and some discussion about how I can help you. I look forward to hearing from you.
