I am a seasoned licensed clinician with extensive experience in the Mental Health field. I am non-judgmental, empathetic, and personable. My areas of expertise include but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, maladaptive behaviors, relationship issues, problems related to grief and loss etc. I work with clients longing for lasting positive change and restoration using eclectic therapy approaches tailored for different issues. I participated in an intensive 18 month training for trauma work and practice, which I consider to be my professional backbone. Despite it all, I have no dull moments at home with my plants, meditation time, family gatherings, and traveling. For, my life mantra is "Living abundantly." Therefore, my goal is to help each client (adult or child) achieve their highest level of satisfaction.
