I use a strengths-based, client-centered approach through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based therapies tailored to your needs. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build self-confidence, self-esteem, and develop new coping strategies to live your best life!
