I’m Yolanda, and I’ve had the privilege of working with clients for over 10 years, helping them navigate a variety of challenges. Whether it’s executive functioning struggles, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, or marital issues, I’m here to provide the support needed to create positive change. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and I even use humor when it's appropriate to lighten the load. My goal is always to help you find peace and happiness—things I truly believe everyone deserves. It’s my honor to walk alongside my clients as they work toward finding their own path to a more fulfilled, balanced life. In my work, I’m very animated and engaged with my clients, especially when doing telehealth. I think building rapport and establishing a strong therapeutic relationship is absolutely vital. I want you to feel heard and supported, and I truly believe that strong engagement is key to making real progress together.
