I incorporate an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy and a solution-focused therapy approach to counseling, treating individuals with compassion and unconditional positive regard. I have worked with a variety of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and behavioral issues.

I believe that individuals are distinctive, and my goal is to assist individuals whose challenges appear impossible but are not. I believe individuals have the power to learn to love themselves, overcome challenges, and live life to the fullest.
