My practice centers on helping clients address challenges like depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. I bring a compassionate, culturally informed approach to therapy, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My work focuses on helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and personal growth. I strive to create a safe, affirming, and collaborative space where each person feels respected, understood, and empowered to achieve their goals. I obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, demonstrating applied knowledge of mental health principles and practices.
