I provide a unique brain-based approach called Brainspotting during live sessions. We combine mindfulness, body awareness & trauma processing to work through deep brain patterns. The result is rapid, effective treatment that supports your emotional and relational wellness. I offer messaging support between sessions but not as a stand-alone modality. My style works best with people who have a clear sense of one issue they want to begin with. You may choose to start with a specific physical or emotional symptom due to the loss of a loved one, a relationship or a sense of yourself. I look forward to supporting you.
