Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with over 9 years of experience working with individuals facing diverse, life-challenging mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, anger management, low self-esteem, suicidal ideation, sexual or physical abuse, social phobia, drug and alcohol abuse, parenting, and relationship challenges. I hold a Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Texas–Pan American. I take each client's situation seriously and strive to make productive and positive progress together to achieve our counseling goals. I believe that each of us is not only the most important existence in this world but also the world itself. We will work together as a team to make our world better.

What should a new client know about working with you?

We will explore your personal history which might be related to your presenting issue you want to deal with for our first session. We will work with your thoughts, feelings and behaviors you have made since you are young or in a certain time. Then we will learn how to challenge your unhelpful/irrational thoughts/beliefs you have to reach our counseling goal.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
