It would be an honor to walk with you through the joys, heartbreaks, and all the beautifully mundane moments of life. Now accepting virtual clients and have slots for sliding scale!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer 15-min phone consultation to see if me and my clients are a good fit. I provide active listening and help them identify and navigate issues during sessions. I utilize CBT, DBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my approach. I am trained in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and specialize in ensuring the safety of clients with a history of or current suicidal ideation.
