What should a new client know about working with you?

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they don’t know how to change. My goal is to help you move beyond simply “getting by” and begin creating the life you truly want. I believe therapy is a partnership built on trust, honesty, and respect. You’ll find a warm, supportive environment where you can openly discuss your concerns without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths, celebrate your progress, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what has brought you to therapy. We’ll explore your current concerns, review your personal history, and identify the goals you’d like to accomplish. From there, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan designed to meet your unique needs. Throughout therapy, we’ll build practical coping skills, address barriers that may be keeping you stuck, and regularly evaluate your progress to ensure our work remains focused on helping you achieve lasting, positive change.
