Yulia is amazing she touched base with me prior to our appointment to see what my goals are. She definitely got me in the time that we spoke. She heard what I was saying and seemed to understood and gave examples of possible avenues that we could go with therapy, and with those ideas it solidified for me that she heard things I said about myself that I did not even think I focused on. I would defiantly recommend her to someone else.

Highly recommend! Yulia was my therapist for over a year, and helped me greatly as I struggled with some big life changes. Her presence was always warm. Her approach was goal oriented, which I appreciate because it kept us on track towards a general destination. With that said, I could of course talk about anything that was on my mind, and Yulia was always patient. I've had other therapists before that were like brick walls--they gave you absolutely nothing. But if I would ask Yulia for specific advice she reply with helpful ideas. It felt like a conversation. Of the three therapists I've had, she was by far the best.
