What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I also believe that culture, personal experiences, and individual circumstances play an important role in how we experience the world. So I strive to provide care that is culturally sensitive and emotionally attuned.

Sessions are a space for open conversations, reflection, and growth. You don't need to come in with everything figured out! We will work together to identify your goals and find an approach that feels right for you.
