Yung has been so kind and understanding with my situation this far. He’s always checking in on me and giving me so many resources which I feel he has been more helpful than a lot of other mental providers I’ve had. He’s aware that I am still not 100% open to DBT/CBT but he comes up with things for me. We’ve only had a couple of appointments so far but I do appreciate what he’s done for me. I highly recommend him if you have PTSD.

I had sessions with Yung a year ago. He helped me in my journey to age gracefully and with dignity. Even though he was younger, he showed consistent compassion.
I worked with Yung for a year until I had to move out of state. I made a lot of progress during that time. I learned to check my behaviors and thoughts to see if it was harming me, and to change them for the better. I still use the techniques we practice to stay on track.
I worked with Yung for several months, and he helped me a lot with handling stress. Therapy with him helped me work through my work and relationship issues. I am grateful!
I have been working with Yung a little over two months. I find him very easy to talk to. He is calm and collected in his thoughts.
Yung is a consummate professional. He is willing to work around my busy schedule and is always punctual. Our work together has been hard but very helpful. I cannot recommend him enough.
I saw him to deal with work related stress and performance issues. I didn't really believe in therapy, but he helped me identify things that I could do to lower my stress levels. By slowly building healthy habits, I was able work better, which led to better results.
Yung is pleasant, insightful and fair. He has really focused on tangible strategies to improve our communication and even in a short timeframe there was a clear shift in our marriage to a place of more understanding and empathy. He is excellent at challenging our narratives and helping us disrupt patterns that have led to fighting in the past. I've been very pleased with his kindness, understanding and professionalism all while providing excellent care.
Yung listens well and creates a safe space. He is insightful and has excellent practical suggestions. I got an appointment right away, a first consultation and then after that we began our regular sessions. The sessions are via video link. The practice sent me documents in advance to prepare for the session. He is always on time, patient and understanding.

It took some time to find a time slot that fit with both my and my wife's busy schedules, but Yung was worth the wait. He is an excellent couples therapist and works as a fair mediator between both sides of conflicts in our relationship. He has helped us find solutions that are going a long way, and has strengthened our ability to communicate with each other. We're only a few sessions in, but can't wait to keep working with him.
Yung is calm, listens with attention and provides good feedback, suggestions and different angles how to view and deal better with current and past personal issues.
Yung and I did therapy for about a year. In a very difficult phase of my life Yung helped me process my overwhelming emotions and lead me to a stable and happier place in life. Yung is kind, patient and fun. We had our laughs we had our crys.
Yung is a kind and compassionate individual who puts a great deal of effort into his sessions. It's abundantly clear that he cares and is willing to offer feedback and ideas. His endeavor to create a safe space so that I could feel comfortable sharing was invaluable and ensured that I could make progress towards my goals. I wholeheartedly appreciate my time with him.
