My name is Yuriana Uceta (call me Yuri). I speak both English and Spanish. I have at least 10 years of therapy experience. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Doctoral candidate for a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Rochester. In addition, I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the State University of New York, Oswego, and a Bachelor's in Psychology. I have experience with depression, mood, anxiety, and attachment disorders. Trauma, social anxiety/phobias, personality disorders, addictions, and relationships are key areas of competence; multicultural counseling is also a strength. I can hold for you a safe, supportive, and uplifting healing and goal-oriented space.

Amazing Spanish speaking therapist that is multiculturally adept, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She has changed my life and restored my opinion of and experience with therapy! Two years of a consistent provider and it’s the best investment I’ve made. Yuri is unlike any other therapist I’ve seen and I’ve been in therapy most of my life! Highly recommend her.
