What should a new client know about working with you?

Reaching out for therapy is a big step, and I want you to feel comfortable from the very beginning. Whether you’re a teen navigating tough emotions or a parent looking for support, I meet you with empathy, patience, and zero judgment. My style is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. I focus on creating a space where you can actually be yourself, not feel pressured to have the “right” answers. We will work together to understand what is going on, build practical coping skills, and help you feel more confident handling everyday challenges, relationships, and emotions. I also tailor each session to you. Some days that might look like talking things through, and other days it might be more interactive or skill focused. My goal is simple: to help you feel heard, supported, and leave each session feeling a little more in control than when you came in.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take an eclectic and creative therapeutic approach, drawing from evidence-based techniques while tailoring each session to meet clients where they are developmentally and emotionally. I prioritize building strong rapport and creating a supportive space where clients feel comfortable to be heard. Plutonic virtual therapy offers a calm, safe environment.

  • Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
  • Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront

More information on payments and coverage

I accept a variety of major insurance plans, and many clients find their out of pocket cost is similar to a typical copay. If you’re unsure about your coverage, our team can help verify your benefits before your first session so there are no surprises. For those choosing to pay out of pocket, we offer transparent self pay rates. Payments are handled securely and conveniently, and we are always happy to answer questions about costs or coverage ahead of time. My goal is to make starting therapy feel simple and stress free, so you can focus on getting the support you need.
