Getting to know Yvette Estrada

I have extensive experience helping men and women recover from shame and oppression while exploring their voice within complex family systems. I believe that we cannot begin a conversation about change without examining our environment and how it impacts us. Problems do not reside solely within us. Through the relationship in the therapeutic room, I will accompany you in your healing process and together we will identify what works best for you. Working with me, you can expect to feel safe yet challenged, as I will invite you to reflect inwardly and dive deeper into your experiences to imagine and explore new ways of being. Some of my intersecting identities are: I am Latinx, a first-generation Mexican American, and a Chicago native-I am a wife and a dog mom-I am a pregnancy loss survivor and fertility warrior-I am an advocate and ally to the LGBTQ community.
