I am a licensed professional counselor with a Master's in Community Counseling from St. Mary's University and over 20 years of experience with a proven track record of helping people. I love guiding individuals to find their own solutions, helping them feel more empowered. I am direct and want my clients to feel better and have increased hope quickly. I primarily use Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. After the first session, my clients will have clear goals and an idea of how to begin working on them.
