I have experience working with clients facing anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, career challenges, as well as parenting and marriage concerns. I am passionate about supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward personal growth and emotional well-being.”

What should a new client know about working with you?

As your therapist, I will work with you to develop strategies to overcome challenges. Together, we will focus on shifting negative thought patterns and creating a more positive mindset to help you reach your personal goals. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy , Person Centered approach and Solution Focus. Together we will focus on your strengths and personal goals to help you grow and thrive. I offer counseling for individuals, families, children/adolescence and couples counseling. Remember we are always a work in progress. Trust the Process!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As your therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel as comfortable as if you were talking with a trusted friend. Together, we’ll focus on identifying your strengths, reshaping negative thought patterns, and developing practical strategies to help you achieve your personal goals and emotional well-being.
